🔄 Quantum Prints Returns & Refunds Policy

At Quantum Prints, each order is custom-made to your specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect file uploads, or customer errors.

However, we are committed to providing premium quality products and outstanding customer service.

✅ Quality Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our DTF transfers.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error caused by us, we will:

  • Reprint and replace the item at no additional cost

  • Or issue a full refund

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of DTF printing, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect file uploads

  • Low-resolution artwork provided by the customer

  • Incorrect gang sheet sizes selected during ordering

  • Orders where the incorrect press or application method was used by the customer

🛠️ If You Encounter a Problem

If you believe your order is faulty or does not meet your specifications:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  3. Our team will review your case and aim to resolve it within 1–2 business days.

🔁 Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

📦 Shipping Costs

  • Replacement shipping for defective items is covered by Quantum Prints.

  • Returns are not accepted for non-faulty custom items.
