2. Products and Services

Quantum Prints provides custom DTF transfer printing services. All products are printed to customer specifications based on the artwork and sizes provided at the time of order.

We do not offer stock items — all transfers are made-to-order.

3. Order Process

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all files submitted meet the required specifications outlined in our File Setup Guide.

  • Incorrect sizing, low-resolution files, or artwork with errors provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Orders placed after our 3:00 PM cut-off time will be processed the next working day.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice but will always be honoured for confirmed orders.

  • Payments must be made in full at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Shipping

  • Quantum Prints ships to UK addresses only.

  • Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • As all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or printed incorrectly due to an error on our part.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that your artwork is correctly sized, formatted, and submitted according to our file requirements.

  • You must follow DTF transfer pressing instructions correctly. We are not responsible for misapplied transfers or application errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Quantum Prints is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to production downtime, loss of business, or missed deadlines caused by customer errors or shipping delays.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork provided by the customer remains the customer’s intellectual property.

  • By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to reproduce the designs.

Quantum Prints reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe on copyright or contain offensive or illegal content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
